The winding shaft adopts a sliding type winding shaft driven by a vector variable frequency motor, and the winding tension is controlled. According to the winding diameter, cutting thickness, set tension and other parameters, the PLC calculates and outputs control signals to control the winding shaft tension by controlling the friction pressure of the winding shaft.
